Please read through the following carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. We would also like to mention that any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations.

Payment & Delivery
The UK shipping fee is a flat rate and will only be payable for the first item any further items purchased at the same time is free
The flat rate shipping charge for international orders applies only to items weighing under 1kg. Heavier items such as wool blazers will require a different rate to be paid. So please contact us first to be sure the right postage is paid to advoid delays in dispatching your item to you.
Fox Vintage accepts payment by Paypal. Items are dispatched within 5 days. Delivery times vary depending on the method of shipping chosen, all enquiries about to be made to [email protected] or direct via Royal Mail website. International delivery will take longer
Please note you are purchasing only the items as described in the listing any jewellery, shorts, tops, belts etc are for advertising purposes only. Items could be available e-mail [email protected] for more information.
The garments may have different size on the label these are not always appilicable by todays standards and the item discription will give you a better idea of the size by todays standards and any measurements required.
Fox Vintage can offer a full refund or exchange on any vintage/country item (excludes hosiery and pierced jewellery)
that you are not completely happy with provided that you post it back to us in saleable
condition within 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. You have 10 working days from when your order
parcel was signed for to post it back to us.
Items must be returned at your own cost. Items should be returned via a recorded method to ensure its safe return as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. The returns address is available on refund request. Please e-mail [email protected]
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which
the original payment was made, within 48hrs.
Please note items returned worn or in unsaleable condition will not be accepted. In the event of this you may be charged for a dry cleaning bill . Please keep our shop tags attached until you happy with the fit/look etc as item will be treated as worn otherwise.
Returns for custom orders/reworked
Your satisfaction is still priority to us but the distant selling regulations do vary for custom orders. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your item, you can EXHANGE the item for a different size or we can issue a CREDIT NOTE. The items must be returned 2 days after the original delivery date and you are responsible for the postgae cost to send the item(s) back to us. Items must again be sent back in saleable condition with tags attached. If for any reason you cannot return the package within 2 days, please email us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to work with you. Please remember to ask all questions before buying a hand customised item.
Your custom item is made just for you and will differ from the photos because these are stock examples not the actual item.
